Every component we make helps doctors detect illnesses faster and save lives — and now we’re looking for a new colleague to join us on that mission.

We’re seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our professional yet friendly team in Liberec. In this role, you’ll be the link between our suppliers and our production floor, ensuring that the parts we receive meet the highest quality standards.

What you will do

• Manage supplier-related claims based on internal nonconformities or customer complaints (prepare documentation, process claims, arrange return of parts, evaluate supplier feedback, close claims).
• Define quality requirements during product development, liaise with suppliers regarding approval of new or modified parts and processes, conduct and evaluate quality audits with new suppliers, and agree on quality agreements.
• Perform sampling of purchased parts for new projects and serial production changes.
• Collect and analyze quality data for purchased components.
• Communicate directly with suppliers and internal departments (production, purchasing, logistics, etc.).
• Review and approve packaging for supplied parts from a quality perspective.

What we are looking for

• Secondary or university education, preferably in a technical field.
• Advanced English skills.
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D Report, 5Why, Ishikawa, FTA.
• Technical mindset, attention to detail, reliability.
• Experience in supplier process auditing (e.g. VDA 6.3) – advantage.
• Practical experience in change management and APQP – an advantage.
