Tark Thermal Solutions is a leading provider of thermal management solutions for major manufacturers in the medical, analytical, industrial, and telecommunications sectors.

In the medical field, our products ensure precise temperature control in imaging and diagnostic systems such as X-rays and CT scanners. For industrial applications like X-ray inspection systems or laser devices, we offer both thermoelectric and liquid cooling solutions designed to meet a wide range of cooling capacity needs.

Now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our professional and friendly team in Liberec as a Buyer. If you’re an organized, proactive team player who enjoys working with suppliers and optimizing processes, this role could be a perfect match.

What you will do

• Monitor stock levels in the ERP system.
• Issue purchase orders based on ERP requirements.
• Set up and check material master data and planning parameters.
• Collaborate on the implementation of new projects.
• Communicate with colleagues across departments (engineering, quality, purchasing, warehouse, etc.) in the Czech Republic and abroad.
• Liaise with customer service teams in Europe, the US, and China to ensure on-time delivery and communicate any changes.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery dates and logistics data, including regular review meetings.
• Monitor inventory levels based on changing production plans.
• Report and maintain data in the company’s information system.

What we are looking for

• Secondary or university education, preferably in economics or business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar purchasing or supply chain role.
• Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
• Assertive and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong command of MS Office and experience working with ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset, proactivity, and a commercial attitude.
• Category B driving license – active driver.
