Product Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective product, Tark Thermal Solutions offers repair or replacement of products within the warranty period. Read more about warranty or refer to the Terms and Conditions in your sales order for more information.
If the product is damaged upon receipt, contact your shipping carrier to submit an insurance claim. The damaged product can be returned to Laird Thermal Systems for a repair quote.
Tark Thermal Solutions may offer repair or upgrades of products out of the warranty period. Contact us for more information on these services.

How do I return a product?
- To start a return process, simply fill out the RMA form provided below.
- Once your request has been received, Tark Thermal Solutions will issue a unique return material authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product.
Note that products received without RMA number will be returned to sender. Tark Thermal Solutions may charge a failure analysis fee for unjustified returns. Please contact us before returning a product.
