Dr. Max Gisbert Kley
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Kley joined Tark Thermal Solutions in April 2025.

He brings a broad range of leadership experience in industries like medical technology, telecommunications, general industry, energy, automotive, and consumer goods. ​

Throughout his career with multinational corporations such as Mannesmann and the Freudenberg Group, he held key leadership positions in the US, Europe, and Asia and was the CEO of various international business groups.​

Dr. Kley studied law in Heidelberg and Munich and holds a doctoral degree from the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University in Munich.​

Sven Rosenbeiger
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Rosenbeiger joined Tark Thermal Solutions in January 2026.

His career spans operational leadership, technology and business development across a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on the medical, pharmaceutical and safety sectors​

He worked for Companies like Röchling Medical, Freudenberg Medical, Draeger Safety and Pari and held senior management positions, including COO and Global Business Unit President. Mr. Rosenbeiger has international experience working in  Europe and America.​

Mr. Rosenbeiger studied Mechanical Engineering at the University in Augsburg.​

Ingo Peper
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Peper joined Tark Thermal Solutions in August 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.​

He has extensive financial leadership experience across the automotive and industrial technology sectors.​

Prior to joining Tark, he held senior finance, treasury, IT, and legal roles at organizations including Bosch, Continental, Kathrein Automotive, and Aurelius Group, serving in positions such as Global Finance Director. His career has provided him with international exposure across Europe, Asia, America, and North Africa.​

Mr. Peper holds Master’s degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering, as well as an MBA from the Technical University Braunschweig.​

Christoph Bauckhage
Chief Sales Officer

Mr. Bauckhage joined Tark Thermal Solutions in 2014 and serves as Chief Sales Officer. ​

He combines a broad commercial leadership background spanning sales, research and development, project management and business development.

Before joining Tark he held senior roles with organizations such as Lytron (now Boyd) and ICI (now AkzoNobel), including Global Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Product Management and he has international experience across Europe, North America, and Asia. ​

Mr. Bauckhage studied Computer Science and International Business and holds an MBA.​

David Stephenson
Chief People Officer

Mr. Stephenson joined Tark Thermal Solutions in October 2019.

He has built a diverse range of HR leadership experience across multiple market sectors, including medical, telco, logistics, defence, finance and automotive.

Across his career, he held senior HR roles with multinational organizations including Volvo, Saint-Gobain, and Iron Mountain and his professional journey provided him with international experience across Europe, America and Asia.

Mr. Stephenson studied Oceanography at Bangor University and holds an MBA from the University of Hertfordshire.
