Laird Thermal Systems has launched an online simulation tool for PCR thermal cycling applications. Thermoelectric coolers produced for thermal cycling, such as the PowerCycling PCX Series, are utilised for Real-Time PCR to precisely temperature control DNA amplification to three temperature set points.
