Project Management Process

Tark Thermal Solutions has developed a unique Project Management Process (PMP) to ensure high quality and on-time delivery during product development and start of production. This means that quality is reviewed at every stage of the project, from designing, prototyping, testing and product manufacturing. Our dedicated team of project managers, design engineers and operational people work proactively to identify and solve any potential risks or delays. 

How do I return a product?

• To start a return process, simply fill out the RMA form provided below.
• Once your request has been received, Tark Thermal Solutions will issue a unique return material authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the product. 

Note that products received without RMA number will be returned to sender. Tark Thermal Solutions may charge a failure analysis fee for unjustified returns. Please contact us before returning a product.

Environmental, Health and Safety considerations are integrated into our business planning and fundamental in the development of new products and processes. We have established and implemented management systems according to ISO and other recognized standards in order to measure and improve performance.
