Liquid Series
Liquid Series thermoelectric cooler assemblies are used to cool or heat a coolant flowing through a liquid heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is designed for recirculating cooling system applications and requires a pump and its associated plumbing to complete the liquid circuit. The heat is absorbed by the heat exchanger on the cooling side with custom designed thermoelectric coolers pumping heat to the mating heat exchanger on the heat dissipation side. The heat dissipation side can be convection (Liquid to Air), conduction, (Direct to Liquid) or via liquid (Liquid to Liquid).
To improve heat transfer, turbulators are inserted into the liquid channels of the heat exchanger. However, for higher liquid flow rates these may be removed to reduce pressure drop. Our liquid heat exchangers are made of anodized aluminum and our turbulators are made of a corrosion resistant plastic. Custom configurations are available, however MOQ applies.
