This product line has been qualified to withstand harsh thermal cycle testing based on latest PCR qualification standards without degradation to performance. PCX-DG Series

Advanced construction to survive in Harsh Cycling Environments at high heat flux densities

Tark Thermal Solution’s PowerCycling PCX-DG Series of high-reliability thermoelectric coolers (TECs) are engineered for semiconductor test sockets and other high heat-flux applications exposed to frequent, rapid temperature cycling. Its dual-interface construction uses compliant, thermally conductive bonds on both ceramic interfaces to accommodate differential thermal expansion and contraction, helping reduce mechanical stress during repeated heating and cooling.

PowerCycling PCX-DG, a new member of PCX family, with compliant, thermally conductive bonding layers at both ceramic-side interfaces of the thermoelectric module is engineered for higher current draw and high heat flux density applications like end-of-line (EOL) optical transceiver test heads, semiconductor test sockets and other systems exposed to frequent, rapid temperature reversals.
